LRC 11.3 hangs when opening. (Beachball as soon as the main UI opens)

As per title. As soon as I open the app, it just beachballs on my Mac (OS Monterey 12.3.1)

I've tried reverting the library to a backup, still beachballs

Started LRC with Option+Shift to replace Preferences, it tries to go through Update catalogue for Plug-in data, but hangs and beachballs

Started it with option to create a new library (which worked) but then when I tried to open the existing library, it beachballs again

Anything else I can try?

Quick update, reverting back to 11.0.1 and the issue has stopped.
