Hi,
I bought Lightroom lifetime licence in 2017, my Serial number:<Removed: Serial numbers should NEVER be posted>

Unfortunately, my computer became wrong and I have a new one. Please be so kind and help me recover my LR 6, where can I download again my original version?

I very rarely need to use this software, but in those cases it is extremely important to me.

As of early this year, it seems to be impossible to install Lr 6 on a new computer. The activation server is no longer available.

Hi, mybe it is some misubderstanding. I just would like to install locally, on my new computel my original Lightroom 6, wich I bought as lifitime licence! I need only the install file. The only problem, that I have new computer, because my winchester became wrong / unavailable, therefore it is not a simple change and I cannot rech my original install file on my previous computer. That is all.

Sorry, but it is still a misunderstanding. My paid software version worked totally properly. I would like to have only this bought version again, I don't need any support etc.
And yes, in EU is illegal to sell something with concrete parameters and later say, oops I changed my mind, but I don't fulfill the agreed conditions.

My only poblem, that with my wrong computer winchester also my install file became unavailable.

I just would like to use, wich I purchased. So I need only download the original version or install file of the paid softvare.

You can repeat your message as many times as you want, but that will not change anything. Lightroom 6 cannot be installed on a new compter.
