LRC and MAC Mini compatibility

Question

I have been having trouble running LRC 12.3 (on my 2018 MAC Mini, see config) and as a result I re-installed LIRC 12.2.1 but after a while it stopped running and went into a ‘Non Responsive’ state. After a couple of hours, during which the agent deleted all my Adobe Apps, and left me with LRC 12.0. I was told by the agent on a support call, due to its age my MAC Mini is no longer compoatible with the newer versions LRC. Has any one else out there had problem of their MAC Mini not being supported ? or is anyone out there runninf 12.3 on a 2018 MAC Mini ?

All sorted now, I updated LRC 12.4 and everything is running ok, I never got LRC 12.3.

The 2018 Mac mini uses an integrated GPU (i.e. Intel UHD 630), which with access to only 1.5GB of memory fails to meet the minimum GPU memory requirements for LrC 12.x. That being said, most features should work fine, albeit not at the performance levels of more recent Mac computers. The features that won't work are those that require afully compliant GPU. These include 'Denoise', some of the AI based masking options, and GPU assisted export.

Above is a long winded way of saying that excepting for the limitations mentioned, your 2018 Mac mini is capable of running LrC 12.x. Therefore, I suspect something other than not quite meeting the minimum requirements is causing your Mac mini to stop responding. To help us figure out what that might be, it would be helpful if you would post your 'System Info'. You can obtain this from the LrC Help > Systrem Info menu item as shown in the attached screenshot.
