Help please. My LrC do not open dua an issue "catalog update". I've tryied every options and of course have unninstalled and reinstaled with the most recent version and still it crashes....

What makes you say this? Explain in more detail exactly what happens, how far into the opening does LrC get before it fails? If there is an error message, please provide the exact complete unedited word-for-word error message, verbatim.

When I try an open the app this dialog box opens and I've tryied to update, choose new catalog, etc and it crashes. Dont even open the program, and when it does open, imediately closes again

Find a recent backup copy of the catalog file. Unzip it. Double-click on the unzipped catalog file.

Are you making backups, or are you not?
If you are making backups, you can search for it, the file name will end with .LRCAT.ZIP. You should always know where your backups are stored; it's not a good idea to not know where your backups are stored.
If you don't haven't been making backups, then you can't find it. Again, not a good idea. In my opinion, making regular and automated backups is mandatory, not optional.

Yes I certainly agree. But in my case I've been using Photoshop only. And now I cannot open LrC not even to make some backup. My issue is: the program does not open!
it crashes right on inicialization. I've send all the error reports to Adobe and I don't know what to do. Sorry bothering you

I don't understand this. What is the relationship here between LrC and PS? Why even mention PS if LrC doesn't open?
But if the LrC catalog won't open, there is a good chance it is corrupted, and with no backups I think you are in bad shape. Have you tried creating a new (empty) catalog via the dialogbox you showed?

Yes. I tried every option in dialogue box. And still does not open. Must have some conflict on installation. I have uninstalled and reinstalled two times so far.

Try creating a new user profile in Windows. See if LrC opens properly from that user profile.
Also, try taking a recent backup of your catalog file, place it on different disk than the current catalog file, and see if it will open from there.
