LrC Library & Develop modules and Bridge modules crashing unexpectedly

I am running the very latest versions of LrC, Ps and Br on my 2017, iMac, 5K 27" Retina with 64GB RAM, 1TB internal Fusion HD, with Ventura 13.6.1. Recently my iMac has been crashing when using both LrC Library & Develop modules, and also crashing using Br with Ps. I've made a new LrC Catalog, as well as reset LrC preferences ; and also uninstalled LrC from within Adobe CC before reinstalling LrC with no success.

 

Im looking for help from others with more knowledge and experience than I have to help rectify this frustrating problem

    Your title says that LrC and Bridge are crashing, but your text says "my iMac has been crashing". These are not the same, which is it?

     

    If, as you said, your iMac is crashing, this is almost always caused by hardware malfunction or by a corrupted driver. I would run diagnostics on all of your hardware.

    My apologies, I should have defined the symptom better. All my other (non-Adobe) programs work without any issues - I only have problems with Lrc and Bridge when I am scrolling through multiple photo previews in (1) LrC Library mode, (2) LrC develop mode or (3) Bridge, then suddenly both LrC and Bridge shut down completely and my iMac returns to showing the desktop

    We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

     

    Did you see a crash dialog?

    Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

    Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Apple’s?

    There have been several "problem" reports sent to Apple regarding this issue. Is there a way of  me collecting an Adobe specific "problem report" for you to review?
