LrC - not auto-sycing folders

I logged a previous issue re Enhance details creating a .dng, but the dng file not showing in LRC (but shows in windows file explorer) ... I couldnt synch folder - it showed nothing to sync. I have tried exporting to another folder and the same issue occurs.

When I shut down LRC and restart it, it now shows the photos but doesnt update the number of photos in that folder

I'm running Windows 11 .... worked flawlessly on my old PC which ran Windows 10.
