LrC premature shutdown

LrC 13.0.1, Windows 11 64 bit. twice within 10 minutes I was met with the error message " Lightroom shut down prematurely to a problem reading the catelog." The first time I had finished editing a picture in Photshop and had saved it. Second time I was trying to export the image I had edited. I reopend LrC and now waiting for it to finish optimizing the catalog.
