LrC says it is syncing but actually isn't

I'm running LrC 13.0.1 on MacOS Sonoma 14.0 and I'm having a sync issue. The app says it is syncing all the unsynced photos to Lightroom Mobile, but there are no files listed under Sync Activity. I've tried restarting the computer, quitting and relaunching LrC, and pausing and unpausing sync, all to no avail. Consequently, all of the photos I've imported since yesterday have yet to apper in Lightroom Mobile.

Fixed it by rebuilding the sync data (option-click in Sync Activity, then select Rebuild Sync Data)!

This is still unresolved. I've updated MacOS to 14.1.1 and granted full disk access to LrC. But the app still will not sync to Lightroom. If I add new photos to my synced folders, they get added to the number LrC says it is syncing. But they never sync. The little cloud in the upper right-hand corner of the screen says it is syncing, but the list of files under Sync Activity is always blank. Please advise!
