LRC Update

Hello all!

LRC just updated and I no longer am able to ADD or SUBTRACT from masks. Am I the only one having this problem? Perhaps I'm just being dumb and making some type of error??

Hello,

Today, since updating, I no longer have the ability to add/subtract during masking =(

In a first step try is to reset the preferences to the default settings.

Reset Procedure:
Close Lightroom.
Windows: Hold down [Alt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
Mac: Hold down [Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
Close Lightroom.
Restart Lightroom.

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

Please Consider including the following in your question:

Adobe product and version number
Operating system and version number
The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

Please provide also a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Thanks for the info. It will be done as soon as my much yourger, more computer savy, daughter gets here. I don't trust myself to not make a mistake! 😃

Haven't had that problem but whenever I use Camera Raw Filter in Photoshop Beta, the Beta crashes when I exit Camera Raw Filter. Almost all the time.

Ever since I got my new computer with Windows 11, mine continually crashes during masking in LRC. I have sent so many error messages that I'm wondering if that may be the reason its now missing components. Like maybe they tried to fix it and forgot something, LOL
