LRC updates not needed

Dear LrC-experts!

Help would be needed: I just started 2 weeks ago a CC subscription but now my LRC 11.5 crash by opening and want and upgrade from my Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 to MacOS Big Sur (Version 11.0) . But I do not want to upgrade, what can I do?

Don't want to upgrade what? Do you not want to upgrade LrC or do you not want to upgrade the operating system?

 

And why don't you want to upgrade?

I do not want to upgrade both, LrC and the operating system because some applications will not work any more…

There's nothing forcing you to upgrade LrC. Go into the Adobe Creative Cloud application and turn off auto-updates (from the three-line icon top left, select File->Preferences->Apps and turn off Auto-Update. I don't know about Macs, so I don't know how you can prevent your operating system from updating, but I'm sure Google knows.
