Luminar Neo Not Saving Files to Lightroom

Explorer ,
Nov 08, 2023 Nov 08, 2023

I have installed Luminar Neo and can export a file from Lightroom Classic.  However, when I apply my changes, it goes through the motions and the file never makes it back to Lightroom.  I've re-installed Neo, I've updated Windows 10 and restarted several times.  I've tried all ways to open a file in Neo from Lightroom and evertything works fine until I apply/save and the file doesnt' show up in Lightroom

Help?

Thanks,

David

Please be specific ... after you apply changes in Neo, what steps do you follow, what "motions does it go through". Please tell us step-by-step, leaving nothing out.

Thanks dj,

It's not complicated. I edit the file and hit apply.  A dialog pops up, saying "exported 0 of 1". SS (attached).  I hear a couple of chimes from the PC, probalby from light room.  Then I go to Lightroom and the files are not there.  Nothing I do finds them.

You must not exporting a file but use 'process in' (in Dutch Bewerken in) and then choose Luminar Neo.

After processing you can save the file, using overwrite.
