Maskierung in dng funktioniert nicht richtig

Ich möchte Teile einer DNG-Datei gesondert bearbeiten und nutze dafür den Maskierungsmodus. Bisher hat das auch immer gut funktioniert. Nun plötzlich scheint die KI oder was auch immer rasterartig das gesamte Bild im Laufe meiner Markierbewegung zu maskieren. Und das passiert mit jedem der auszuwählenden Möglichkeiten von Objekt, Pinsel und Verläufen. Die Möglichkeit Teile der Maskierung wieder zu entfernen ist ebenfalls nicht möglich.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was das Problem ist?

Ich benutze LR Classic 13.3.1

Die Systeminformationen zu dem derzeitigen Bild in der Bearbeitung sind angehängt. Es funktioniert aber auch mit anderen dng-Dateien nicht.

I don't see anything suspect in the System Info.

Hmm, I don't see a grid pattern in your screenshot:

Can you point out where you see it?

Select the DNG with the problem edits, do Metadata > Save Metadata To File, and upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar and post the sharing link here. We can see the details of the DNG and whether the problem occurs in other LR installations.

Are only DNG files affected? Please try masking with jpegs or RAW files (.cr2/.cr3; .nef; .arw etc.)

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

If this doesn't help please check if your system is up-to-date. Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Ja, ich habe es gerade mit einer Raw-Datei (NEF) ausprobiert. Hier funktioniert alles, wies sein soll.
Danach habe ich die Voreinstellungen zurückgesetzt. Das Problem besteht allerdings weiterhin.
