Missing Lightroom Presets

It's 2021 and my Lightroom Classic presets were there and now they are not. I can find them in the finder but when I go to add any of them it says they are already loaded but they still don't show up under the presets tab in the develop module. HELP. Please. Version 10.4 ios

Both. Catalog re-imported and presets came back but why did my library just disappear?

Also, just downloaded a new set and they ended up with the old set of presets but none are showing up.
