D'abord je tiens à préciser que je suis tout à fait novice avec l'ordi 🙂

J'essaye désepérément de  reconnecter mes catalogues 

mes paramètres et phos s'affichent dans la bibliothèque ca c'est ok par contre en allant sur développement ce n'est pas possible.J'ai un note qui dit que je le module est désactivé et que je dois acheter un abonnement ou 1 licence pour le réactiver !

Alors que je paye automatiquement 11,50 par mois pour l'abonnement et ce depuis très longtemps.

Tout est vérifiable sur mon compte.

Check your Account at- https://account.adobe.com/

Salut.

Je rencontre le même problème, et rien n'y fait... mises à jour, reconnection sur mon ID...

Impossible de trouver une adresse support.

Avez vous obtenu une réponse, voire une solution à ce problème ?

You must have a subscription that is paid and current, and you are 'Signed-in' with the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.

"Unable to find a support address."

As stated above- open a Chat window with Adobe support-

Be Signed-In to this forum with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser.
