Mov and mp4 files cannot be imported on windows 11 laptop

On my imac importing mp4 or mov files in my library has n problem.

On my New windows 11 laptop it is impossible to import both file types.

Does anybody have a solution for thuis problem. / I

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that LrC is causing you trouble. Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce this issue on my Windows 11 machine. Could you please let us know exactly what happens when you try to import the videos? For example, are you presented with an error message on both machines? Please let us know the version of Lightroom Classic you are using as well.

Are you on a Surface laptop with an ARM processor?

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
