Moving from Lightroom 4.4 / NAS to Lightroom Classic with local files

Hi. I currently have a large library using Lightroom 4.4 on Windows. The catalog file is local and photos are on a NAS shared drive.  I am moving to a) new Windows 11 PC, and b) putting both catalog and photos on the machine's internal drive.  What is the best way to migrate?
