Moving Lightroom Catalogs

I have my Lightroom catalog on an external hard drive and would like to move it to a different hard drive. I keep finding posts on how to move it from a laptop to an external drive but not external to external. Does anyone have any knowledge about this topic or any resources I could reference? Thank you in advance!

If you mean move the catalog file (as opposed to move the photos), you use your operating system to move the catalog to a different drive, and then double-click on it to open it.

There is no difference between moving your catalog from a laptop to an external drive and moving the catalog from one external drive to another one.
