Upgraded to Lightroom classic 13, and my keyword list has disappeared.
The 'Folder Panel' has the folders listed, greyed out, but accessible.
The 'Keyword List' panel is empty, which prior to the upgrade was fully populated with an extensive hierarchy.
Raised a call with Adobe, and despite a couple of hours of faffing around, a dinstall/reinstall and re-migrate of the old catalogue, changing disk access permissions for the new LR13, running under Rosetta, switching GPU use in/out/auto, the problem persists.
So, one of the main strengths of LR as a DAM is broken under LR13, I would strongly advise anyone with a large catalogue NOT TO UPGRADE.

Hi all, I don't want to tempt fate, but have been using LRC 13.0.1 for a while now, LRC is starting up and closing down OK now with my file stack and keyword library appearing straight away. It must be a cache problem, and with 90k of images its taken a while to resolve.
Fingers crossed!

I did not experience these problems when I upgraded to LrC 13, and again I did not experience these problems when the update to 13.0.1 was installed. Windows 11

I use Lightroom Classic 13 with a 200,000 images catalog with hundreds of hierarchical keywords. No problems at all.

This exact situation happened to me. The best I could do with technical support was learn how to go to Library - Enable Filters- Metadata and from that, access my key words. It's a work around and no where near as user friendly as the set up that's supposed to be in place. The support specialist also showed me how to export my keyword list to a folder on the desktop. All of my keywords are there, but I'm hesitant to reimport them as I don't want another glitch in the system.

Is the Keyword List panel not present? Or is the Keyword List panel present but has no keywords?
If the former, this is easily fixed. Window->Panels->Keyword List, or Ctrl-3.

The keyword panel list is no longer pressent. However, there is a grid of suggested keywords that includes keywords that I have created. Further, when I go to my library, I see that all of the photos to which I've assigned keywords have the designated icon on the preview.

Thank you for your proposed solution. However, I have Mac so will have to try the Mac equivalent.
