My presets are not all showing up after importing

Hello,

I recently purcahsed a new laptop so i'm in the process of migrating all my presets over. Im running into an issue with a handful of them simply not showing up. I have gone through countless forums and videos to no avail.

When I try re-importing I get the message that they've already been imported.

I've looked through every preset folder, profile folder, checked show partially visible presets is clicked, and countless other things and they just are not showing up.

I have version 12.2.1 any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are these particular presets?

Are they develop presets or profile presets?

If you are looking for y them in the presets panel, do you have a RAW image selected?

If a JPEG, do you have the preferences option to view partially compatible presets turned on?

@GoldingD some are develop presets that i made and some are profile presets that i've downloaded.

Yes, I do have a RAW image selected.

I'm pretty sure the main issue lies in the color profile presets because i've been able to import other develop presets that use adobe stock color profiles. While my other presets use downloaded color profile presets. So because the color profiles arent showing up the presets also don't show up if that makes sense.
