My "Edit in Photoshop" Doesn't work... Anyone to help?

In lightroom when I click right to one of my photos, click Edit In > Edit In Adobe Photoshop

Photoshop turned on and the photo is automatically moved to Photoshop

I can make the Post-Process very easily.

Today I do the same workflow but the Lightroom doesn't bring my photo to Photoshop automatically! When I click Edit Edit In Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop turned on and the "Open..." Popup appears. It doesn't bring my photos automatically anymore.

Versions;

Lightroom Classic version: 9.1

Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.0.2

click edit in photoshop

open... popup appears! No automatically photo moves!

Is the .RAF file in a regular folder or a cloud folder?

What are your pref settings for external editing, e.g. tiff. Psd

What type of file are you trying to open in PS

Can you open a raw file from the Lightroom Library using Ctrl+E

Type of file is .RAF, RAW file from fujifilm cameras.

I usually use Ctrl+E (Edit in Photoshop) to edit my photos in Photoshop

But after update to recent version of LR and PS, when I press Ctrl+E in LR it just show me the "Open..." window from PS.

I delete and reinstall my LR and PS ,reset both of their prefences but Ctrl+E doesn't work properly yet.
