Não consigo exporter minhas fotos com marca d'água

Preciso exportar, em massa, fotografias com marca d'água (em texto), porém, no fim do processo de exportação aparece a mensagem de que " - Falha na marca d'água; - Não havia memória suficiente"

A marca d'água é de texto simples, até troquei a fonte para uma do Windows (Arial), e não funcionou. A maioria simplesmente não é exportada e não sei o porquê. Algumas são exportadas sem a marca d'água.

O estranho também é que meu notebook está com o SSD com bastante memória livre, além do HD externo também - tentei exportar para ambos os locais. 

Já tentei realocar o programa pro SSD mas não foi permitido, apareceu a mensagem "não foi possível instalar no caminho raiz".

Enfim, já tentei bastante coisa e não sei mais o que fazer. É o Lightroom Classic 12.0.1, atualizado.

How many images do you export at once? What type of images are we talking about, JPEG or RAW? Does it export as expected when exporting without a watermark?

Installing Lightroom to another disk might not help. You can try it by creating a folder on the SSD & install Lightroom within a folder, not on the root/home directory on the SSD.

As the error suggests, either the temporary storage (OS Page file), GPU's VRAM, or your computer's RAM is running out. Please share a screen recording or series of screenshots for us to recreate this at our end with the system info from Lightroom Classic > Help > System Info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload to Creative Cloud files (https://assets.adobe.com/files) & share a link with us.

Oi, obrigada! 

Estou tentando exportar 2500 imagens, mas já tentei com números menores (20, 200 imagens) e o erro persiste. As imagens estão em CRAW (Raw da Canon). A exportação sem marca d'água é irregular, algumas fotos são exportadas normalmente, mas a maioria continua sem exportar. 

Como você sugeriu, criei uma pasta dentro do SSD e consegui instalar o Lightroom nela, mas o erro continuou.

Seguem os prints do que acontece. Às vezes aparece a mensagem de "Não havia memória suficiente", às vezes não, como é o caso do print. Nos prints, fiz a exportação com uma seleção pequena de fotos.

Thanks for sharing this. Try these steps:

• Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it to Off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html

I have an observation here.

1. The drivers for your Nvidia GPU are 30.0.15.272, which translates to 512.72, which came out in March. Please update the drivers on your computer using the Nvidia GeForce tool.
2. On Windows, the GPU info & Logs location is %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw. A shortcut to get to this folder on Windows is:
   • Press the Windows key.
   • Enter 'Run'
   • Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw
   • Rename the GPU & Logs folder in this directory by adding .old at the end. (GPU.old & Logs.old)
   • Restart Lightroom, and it should capture the updated driver & hardware capabilities.

Once this is done, try exporting again with & without the GPU & let me know how it goes. Thanks!
