If you find a phone number, it will be routed to a support center in India. The people who man that support center often give very poor answers. Just a word of warning. You'll probably get better support if you express your problem completely on the forum. But the choice is yours.

Ridiculous that you can’t speak to a person.  If you do you risk getting routed to Indid where you get poor answers???  Just print a phone number for your customers

Completely useless answer.  You have morons for web programmers.  When you finally get to step 3 - "Would you like to contact us? Choose one." there aren't any choices available.

Adobe might also want to re-think its decision to put people through the website equivalent of a telephone interactive voice response system.  Will it really make a difference as to email addresses, chat reps or phone numbers offered?  Unless Adobe wants to make its tech support as popular as Comcast support, I suggest you re-think the whole process.

After having my motherboard replaced followed by months of illness, I am trying to get back into Lightroom all over again. Therefore, I need your help. Best would be having a technician do it online? For a much slower and agonizing effort, for me at least, to walk me through it?
