Need to update to Lightroom 7.3/Camera RAW 10.4

Hi, I recently purchased some presets (Mastin Labs) that require Lightroom 7.3 or Adobe Camera RAW 10.4. I have Lightroom Classic 2015.14 release, I have run all the updates from the Adobe App, restarted my computer, etc. but my Lightroom still says I still have Camera RAW 10.1. What am I missing here?

If you really are subscribing, and you have Lightroom CC 2015.14, then you should be able to update for free — unless your operating system doesn't support newer versions of Lightroom. So, what is the version number of your operating system (do not use words like "latest" or "up-to-date", we need the version NUMBER)

And as long as I'm asking, go to Help->System Info and report the version number of Lightroom shown there.

I have macOS Sierra version 10.12.6. I don't believe I am able to update past last year's software.

I am a Windows person who knows nothing about the Mac. However, I didn't know that you cannot update Lightroom with the camera raw plug-in. The Camera Raw technology is integrated into the Lightroom program, and the only way to update Lightroom to be compatible with newer versions of Camera Raw is to install a newer version of Lightroom. The alternative would be to install the standalone DNG converter can convert your raw images to the Digital negative format. But, again, I'm not sure if the latest DNG converter would be compatible with your version of the Mac operating system. That is something you will have to research.
