The adaptive color profile (preset) is not appearing in Lightroom Classic. I know it was in beta testing but all of the on-line tutorials I have watched state it is there now and ready to use. I have checked to make sure I have downloaded all the updates. Other than deleting the program and reloading it anyone have any suggestions.

The adaptive profile (not preset) is available in Lightroom Classic 14.3. It is a raw profile, so make sure you check its availability in the correct place (with profiles in the right panel, not with presets in the left panel) while having a raw image selected.

Yes, I did use profiles in the right hand panel and had a raw image open.

What is the version NUMBER of your Lightroom Classic. We need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date".

@Bromelain: "Same problem here. Has anyone figure out how to fix it? Support could not."
1. Please provide a screenshot of the *entire* LR window (in Develop), with the Basic panel on the right showing.
2. Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

The Profiles group does not show. However, a new catalog does have it but with only two of my several custom profiles. When I add another profile, it says that it has already been imported. Here is the path ""C:\Users\bxxx\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles\Invitation.dcp". I use ColorChecker to create the profiles.

The screenshot shows you're editing a JPEG, not a raw -- Adaptive Color only applies to raws:

@Bromelain, upload a problem file to Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or similar free service and post the sharing link here. We can see if the issue is specific to your computer or occurs on other installations.

@johnrellis Please note that there seems to be confusion about what the problem of @Bromelain really is. He posted in this thread about the Adaptive Profile, claiming he had the same problem, but he also posted in this thread about custom profiles created with ColorChecker Passport not showing, claiming that's is the same problem. I believe his real problem is the latter: customer profiles not showing. He has yet to confirm that.

Johan and John, I apologize for the confusion. Johan is correct. The problem applies to the custom profile and not the adaptive one. We can ignore this post and just stick with the other one. More importantly, the problem has gone away. I reshot the target and processed it. LR imported the resulting profile properly. Problem solved. I will post this in the other thread.
Thanks for your help.
