Nikon Z6ii not tethering

I cannot tether my Nikon Z6ii in Lightroom Classic. All firmware and versions are up to date, camera connects via NX Tether, is recognized by LRC at work (employers Adobe account), used the same cable at home with no luck, and it has worked in the past (a few months ago). I have followed all the troubleshooting advice given by Adobe, and on various forums. No luck.
