no full resolution in CC

Hi,

i am Adobe Cloud Member, using Lightroom Classic on my iMac and Lightroom CC on my Macbook, iPad.

My main picture database is on the iMac in Lightroom Classic.

But i have my best of pics sorted an synched with the Adobe Cloud.

Here the problem:

All pictures are shown also in CC (macbook, ipad) and i can edit them, wich will be synched correctly.

But if e export a photo in CC i get not the full resolution, only nearly 2500px.

I find no adjustment in the preferences in Classic while sync the Pics for the resolution.

So it is no real backup and i cant export Pics from CC for printing, selling, and so so on.

I know i can make CC may main Database then the pics are stored in full resolution in the cloud.

But this is a bad solution.. i want Classic as the base system.

thanks for help

Steffen

thx, but this make no sense to use CC as Base and Classic as a satellite... The Organisation possibilities in Classic are much more advanced. CC is mobile version for me...

Are there any other possibilities?

Don't you think I would have told you if there were?

Lightroom Classic CC syncs from Collection folders to the Creative Cloud they are smart previews size not original size file.

The new Lightroom CC (cloud based) app will sync original files to the Creative Cloud storage.

Lightroom Classic does not sync originals to the cloud but smart previews. That is why the images are only about 2500 px wide. There is no way to get Lightroom Classic sync originals. You will have to use Lightroom CC to import the pictures, and then these will sync down to Lightroom Classic.
