Not able to update Lightroom

When I try to update Lightroom via CC i get a 403 error, i look for the problem in adobe support and do exactly what it says here,https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error403 and the problem persists. I had no problem updating photoshop, illustrator and other programs.

I've logged in and back in multiple times and verified that I have enough space on my PC to download the app. I also restarted and uninstalled the application but even when installing from scratch it does not allow me to download.

Try the cleaner app and a clean install of the application.

It didn't work, the problem also appears on 2 other computers, I did the same on all of them and the problem persists, I don't know what it could be to affect the same problem on 3 computers

  1. Download the Creative Cloud desktop app.

  2. Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
