Old PC crashed, how can i d/l program to new PC without buying again?

so i bought the stand alone version of Lr, not the cloud based version. and my PC died this week and i need to get it on the new PC to finish editing some photos, but cant see what my license is or how to get it again for new PC??

What is the version NUMBER of your Lightroom? Also please check to see if you have the installer CD that came with your purchase of Lightroom.

its Version 6 and was a d/l so no cd
