Organizing adjustment brushes?

Question

What is the best way to organize adjustment brushes? Just name them based on something relevant? Is there some way to group them in a folder like system?Thanks.

'Empty' is just my own terminology for a preset that does nothing- all the sliders set to default [0] . They would work as a brush 'Reset'

They are there purely for a visual division between brush preset groups. To divide up a long list of presets- they do make the list longer though

Created exactly the same as all other user brush presets- set the sliders to '0', drop-menu > Save current settings as new preset

You could use group names like- 00-----Color, 03-----Retouch, 05-----Detail, etc. They need to use the numeric name to sort in place.

1. Folders are not possible. The Brush presets only exist in one long list.

2. Name them with a description of the effect.

3. After the default brushes, the rest sort alphabetically (ie. Numeric/Alphabetic). So if you rename brush presets with numbers you can force the sort into some semblance of a sort order. An 'Empty' brush preset can be used as a 'Group' dividing line.

eg.

00 ----------------------

00.1 Exposure + 0.5

00.2 Exposure +1

01 -----------------------

01.1 Clarity +20

01.2 Clarity +40

02 ----------------------

02.1 Saturation -20

02.2 Saturation +20

02.3 Sky Saturate +10
