Organizing RAWs and JPGs in Lightroom Classic and Mobile

My thoughts on your questions-

• Do I put JPGS and RAWs in the same folder and import those folders direct to Lightroom?
  I do. Then are always then side-by-side in grid views. Only the file-type suffix is needed to identify JPG or raw.
  I don't copy files to a folder and then Import. Instead I Import direct from the camera card (with a card reader) and specify the Destination folder in the Import dialog. Both JPGs and raws will automatically be placed in the same folder of the catalog - if you have the preference set for [Treat JPG files next to raw files as separate photos]
• Should I keep JPGs and RAWs in separate folders if I want to bounce between editing both formats? Should I rename them as well if I want to keep them separate?
  Separate folders?- No.  Rename? - No.  (keeping the same file-name means thery will always be 'linked' together by the filename)
• Is there a blanket way to import White Balance and Tone settings from JPGs to raws?
  raw files will always contain the "As Shot" white balance set in the camera,  which TBMK will be the same as the JPG. And changing White Balance in a raw file is always better than chanaging WB in JPGs.
  Tone settings (for the raws) can be matched by - In Preferences / General,  set Raw Defaults / Global to "camera settings".
  A Lr Plugin might transfer edits JPG>raw, but because the file types are very different, the result is not always as expected.

  Well you really don't need the JPGs. You can just as easily edit only raw files, add them to synced Collections, and the images will automatically appear in LR mobile, in a sufficient file size (2560px long edge), to post. No worries with two file types, no worries with exporting, no worries wondering which file-type you have edited.
