Auto tone in Develop Module does not appear in LR Classic 13.0.1. on Mac bookpro (13.5.2) Tried rebooting, reloading LR and resetting preferences to factory. It didn't help. Auto tone in Library Module working fine.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have the latest Lightroom now and missing the auto button in the Basic Panel under the Tone area.  How do I get this back?  this is an image of the issue https://m.mp-app.com/photographer/lightroom1301/

The [Auto] button is immediately under the word Basic next to [ B&W] &  [HDR]. Look above and to the left of your red circle.

LRC 13.0.1 MAC OS 12.7 iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)

Where did the AUTO button go in the current version? It used to be in the upper right corner of the Basic panel, but no longer? I found it very useful and often use it as a starting point or a basis for comparison

As my eyes age, I find the low contrast grey on grey text way too small and hard to read. In Preferences I have the text set to large, but even that is still a VERY small font. Is there an option for a light theme with black text and a way to make the text larger than "large?"

Thanks

You'll find the "Auto" button on top of the Basic section.

Auto Tone used to show just to the right of Tone.

Well maybe it did, maybe it did not, maybe it did many many versions back. But it clearly exists, just not where you remember. Adobe probably t some point re-thought it's placement.

To be fair/truthful, I never ever use Auto Tone. I do not like it touching anything other than EXP. Whites, Blacks.

Oh, yes a plug-in exist to limit the Auto Tone, but I have gotten out of the practice of using that, I simply shift/click on Exp., shift click on Whites, shift click on Blacks (gotten to be automatic behavior)and move on.

Oh, as I mentioned a plug-in, I should provide ifo on it. Jeffrey’s “Bag-o-Goodies” Personalized Auto Tone

Are you perhaps editing in a mask (local)  instead of the Basic panel (global)?

It's right there at the top with B&W and HDR.
