P: Regarding Sync issues after updating to 13.3

Lightroom Classic has replaced its sync engine effective with Version 13.3, released May 21, 2024. Sync issues in older program versions are no longer applicable and will not be reviewed. Please update to version 13.3.

Notes:

• Please complete pending uploads before upgrading to 13.3
• The update requires a complete resync of your synced library and can take several hours.
• Using the [Rebuild Sync Data] button as a troubleshooting step in any stuck sync for version 13.3 and higher is no longer recommended. We anticipate this button will be removed in a future version.
