Paper Sizes options differ by catalog

I've done some troubleshooting by reviewing catalog settings, etc, but of two catalogs, only one shows all the paper size options in the 'Page Setup' section of the Print module. Both catalogs are using the same version of Lightroom Classis on the Same computer using the same printer.
