In LR Classic, I have Collections I want to post on the web but only accessible to people with a password. Is there a way to do that?

It isn't password protected, but you can share albums by invite only. You find these option under the share and invite settings if you are using Lightroom (cloud version). If you use Lightroom Classic, you can use Lightroom on the Web at lightroom.adobe.com to edit the share and invite settings. Look for an icon that looks like a person with a small plus sign in the upper right corner of the album.

I am not a 'maths' person, but another made note that the link for a shared web collection-

Uses 7 characters (upper/lowercase, Numerals) that coulld have billions of combinations.  Hard for anyone to open accidently (or intentionally) unless they are provided with the correct link.

I would not be concerned that password protection is not provided.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.1.1, Photoshop 27.3.1, ACR 18.1.1, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.2 .

Hi there,

As of now this feature is not available in Lightroom, however, it is a great idea and there is an ongoing feature request for it.
Please add your vote to the ongoing request here to increase it;s visibility: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/lightroom-collection-passwords Our developers might look into implementing this in future releases.

Regards,
Sahil
