For sometime I have had 29 pending sync files "stuck". Any new files I sync are handled fine, but these 29 stay as pending. See attached screen grab

I would prefer to solve this before updating to ver 13.3

Is there a way to get rid of the pendiing sync files. I have no idea which ones they are. I would be quite happy to just delete the files if I knew which ones they were.

running ver 13.2 on a windows PC

Thanks

You could try #2 first -- it's safe. You can figure out which files are stuck syncing by going to Preferences > Lightroom Sync, and the stuck files will usually be listed in the Sync Activity panel.

You'll definitely want to resolve the issue before upgrading to LR 13.3, and if sync is important to you, you might consider deferring until LR 13.4 -- the new sync engine in LR 13.3 has bugs and is causing lots of people problems.

In LR 13.2, go to Preferences > Lightroom Sync, and the stuck files will usually be listed in the Sync Activity panel.  At that point, a couple of alternatives:

1. You can remove those files from All Synced Photographs, which will remove them from LR Cloud but not LR Classic.

2. In Preferences > Lightroom Sync, hold down Alt and click the Rebuild Sync Data button that magically appears.

Thanks John. Syncing is very important to me

I will definitely hold off until 13.4, thanks for heads up.

Re suggestion #1 - I am more than happy to remove them from lR Cloud, but how to know which files they are?

Suggestion #2 sounds good as well as a back up for #1. OR should I just go do #2?

Appreciate your assistance

Thanks again John

The screen grab I attached to the initial posts does show the files, but they seem to be previews with VERY long file names which would likely be difficult to trace

Sounds like I should go the #2 route

Thanks John

Suggestion #2 seemed to solve the issue.

Now I'll wait for ver 13.4 and wait a week or two after its release

Thx again (Not the first time you've helped me!😊)

Hello

The new ver 13.4 does not resolve this issue. I have the same 19 files stacked in Sync panel.

I have no idea which ones they are and I can't delete them.

Your suggestions did not solve the issue.

Please check again to solve it.

Thx

Hello, I have the same problem. Five of my images are not synchronised. It was really better with the old view. You could localise the problem images. I also find that the sync is much slower with the new engine. (I have already tried point 2, also without success).
