Person keywords exported to metadata, why?

I'm using person keywords, with options shown on picture 1.

Then I use option "Remove person info" on export, which suppose overwrite "Include on Export" option from above to not export that person keyword.

But that person keyword is exported anyway. Why?!

It is very disturbing and smells like privacy issue. I want in my LR database that person info. Never on exporting any of my picture on online services, always on exporting JPG to my personal archive, so making person keywords with option "Include on Export" unchecked is not solution for me.

Did you select the Person attribute for those keywords by editing them, or was the Person attribute assigned automatically by using LR's face recognition?

I verified that LR doesn't remove from export keywords with the Person attribute when Remove Person Info is selected.  I filed a bug report: Lightroom: Keywords with Person attribute exported even if Remove Person Info is selected | Photoshop Family Customer Co… Please add your me-too vote and your opinion of why this is important to you. That will make it a little more likely Adobe might fix it.

How are you checking for the presence of the person keywords in the exported photos?

By checking exif in Zoner Photo Studio or file properties. Also koken exports person keywords and shows them on web after upload.

And I  want to export with keywords and it will not.  All metadata has been saved to the file but does not show in the metadata in other programs.

In the Metadata panel of the Export window, make sure you've selected Include: All Metadata and unchecked Remove Person Info, as shown here:
