Thanks for the detail explanation. Yes, I'm using the trial version and the trial period is still active.

For now, as a workaround, I have set the external display (HP 22es) as my main display. The LR application is working fine on the main display (HP 22es). However, it still crashes when I do something envolving the built-in LCD, for example, "Lock To Second Monitor".

Is your trial period up? Would expect this behavior on both internal LCD and external monitor, black develop module window if license has expired.

So, the laptop/notebook has both an integrated video control, the Intel UHD 630, and a GPU, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, and Lightroom is properly unsung the GPU.

And DirectX not OpenGl is in use (good)

Ohh, rethought the following, adding this question:

Are you running that notebook on battery power? Apparently notebooks might use the Integrated Video control instead of the GPU to save power unless told otherwise.

Fairly sure that the GPU, not theIntegrated video is being used by the LCD, When a GPU is present, use of the Integrated Video is abnormal. In Windows 10, bring up Settings, then System, then Display.Then (I think, I do not have this rig) Advanced Display settings, what is in use should be shown.

You may need to bring up your NVIDIA Controller Panel, and see if something is set incorrectly (in multi display???)

Please try switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.
