Photos Unresponsive After Using Masks in LR Classic

When I create a mask, whether it's radial or linear, it doesn't matter. Sometimes it works, but other times, after creating a mask and trying to change any setting like Exposure, the preview photo on the left panel turns gray (see screenshot 1). Then, nothing works for that photo.

When I click on another photo and then go back to the problematic one, it doesn't show up at all. However, in the preview photos, both in the left and bottom panels, I can see the photo with the applied mask and settings, but the actual photo itself doesn't work (see screenshot 2). After that, the photo seems broken, and I can't do anything with it.
This issue seems very random. Once it happened when applying a preset, but usually, it occurs when using masks. I tried reinstalling the entire Lightroom Classic, but it didn't help. Then, I reinstalled it, removed the settings, and rebooted my PC. When I opened Lightroom, it asked to update the catalog, but even with the new Lightroom and an updated catalog, I still have this issue with random photos from different folders.
I have been using Lightroom for several years on a daily basis, so it doesn't seem to be related to my PC (Win 10, 8GB RAM, Nvidia RTX 3070, SSD). It really seems like a bug. I have this issues since yesterday (01.10.2023)
