Photoshop bracket keys shortcut not adjusting brush sizes

Hi there,

My Photoshop brush sizing is not changing when I am using the bracket key shortcut.

If resetting preferences doesn't help, are you running LR in a language other than English? The shortcuts for Increase and Decrease Circle Spot Size vary by language:
