    Hi John,

There's a + sign next to (i.e. to the right of) one of my keywords. The + sign is not part of the keyword name, and it's not part of the currently nominated keyword set. I'm confused about this. My larger issue is that whenever I try to add this keyword to the existing keyword set, it disappears at the end of the session - that is, it simply won't save when I try to update/change the keyword set. I've been trying to fix this for ages, with no success.

Can you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Also, since this is an 8 year old post, which exact version of Lightroom Classic are you using?

Please show a screen shot of it.

Does it have any number to the right of it?

Is the plus sign just slightly to the right of the name? If it is then it might be part of the Keyword, like People +.

Right click on the keyword name and select Edit Keyword tag. Does the plus sign appear in the name? If it does remove it.
