Post photos in Lightroom classic on my MacBook Pro on to Etsy and Instagram

I have spent hours, with no results, on how to post Lightroom classic photos on to Etsy and Instagram. Is it possible?  If so how. I have read that Lightroom photos have been blocked from these sites, which, to me, seems ridiculous.

I don't know about Etsy. But it can't be that once you export a photo from Lightroom Classic, that Etsy somehow is blocking it from being uploaded; it's just a plain old JPG at that point.

 

Anyway, there are plug-ins  that let you post to Instagram (although I don't use them). I use Blue Stacks, which essentially mimics a mobile device right there on my PC (there is a Mac version as well) and so the upload goes from exported photo on one of my PC's hard disks to Instagram via Blue Stacks. (I also use Blue Stacks for other purposes.)
