Prepaid Abo / Code Gültigkeit

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mir heute im Black Friday Abgebot ein Adobe Prepaid-Abo für ein Jahr (Foto Abo mit 20GB) gekauft und den Aktivierungscode schon per Mail erhalten. 

Da ich mein bestehendes Abo (mit monatlicher Zahlung) derzeit pausiert habe, würde ich das Prepaid-Abo erst im April aktivieren. Ich benötige die nächsten 4 Monate die Programme nicht.
Jetzt meine Frage: Wie lange ist der Aktivierungscode denn gültig? Ich finde nirgends was. Am Telefon bei Adobe konnten sie mir nicht helfen und der Support von dem Onlineshop meinte, dass der Code wohl nicht verfällt und jederzeit zu aktivieren geht.

Ich habe heute eine ganz ähnliche Fragestellung; evtl. kannst du mittlerweile eine Klärung zu deiner Frage mitteilen?

Hallo Eva, hallo Peter,

ich kann euch schon mal sagen, dass ein Gutscheincode mindestens 2 Jahre gültig sein muss. Meinen letzten Code habe ich nach 2 Jahren und 2 Monaten eingelöst. 

Mich würde aber auch mal interessieren,  ob der Code irgendwann abläuft. Ich habe nämlich einen Vorrat von 5 😁Codes, die ich nur nach Bedarf einlösen möchte.

Hallo,

habe ein ähnliches Problem. Mein Abo ist gestern ausgelaufen, ich wollte es heute mit einem Redeem-Code verlängen und habe wie du ein paar auf Lager der älteste von 2021.

Zwischenzeitlich habe ich 3 Codes verbraucht, jedesmal kam die Meldung dass das Abo verlängert wird, aber es passiert nichts. Ich hatte auch den Gedanken, dass die Codes ablaufen. Aber in der Vergangenheit habe ich schon 3 Jahre alte Codes eingelöst, was nie ein Prblem war.

Die Hilfefunktion taugt in der Hinsicht leider gar nichts.

Vielleicht hast du mittlerweile eas in Erfahrung gebracht.

"My subscription expired yesterday,"   This could be problematic.  If re-subscribing after a previous subscription has expired the new (as of 15/1/2025) Plans have changed. Redemption codes may no longer be valid for the 'old' Plan structures.

If you already have the same plan or product, and redeem with the same Adobe account:  

If your payment plan is Annual plan, paid monthly, Adobe stops charging your credit card after you redeem the code. After the redemption code subscription term expires, Adobe resumes charging your credit card.

If your payment plan is Annual plan, prepaid, the redemption code term is added to the end of the paid subscription term.

If you redeem a different plan with the same Adobe account:

Your subscription runs parallel to your existing paid subscription. For example, consider a scenario where you have an existing subscription to the Creative Cloud Photography plan with 20 GB of storage. However, you have a redemption code for the Creative Cloud All Apps plan. In this case, if you redeem the redemption code, your subscription to Creative Cloud All Apps runs concurrently with the existing Creative Cloud Photography plan.

Gibt es hierzu zwischenzeitlicheine gesicherte Antwort?

Der Händler weiß es nicht, er meint, mal 6, mal 24 Monate. Adobe direkt sagt wahrscheinlich 6 Monate, konnten es aber auch nicht mit Sicherheit sagen.

If you have the exact same plan as the one you received as a bonus and redeem the code using the same Adobe ID, billing will be suspended for 12 months if you’re billed monthly. If you paid for the full year in advance, the year of your bonus plan will start once your prepaid year is over.  

If your paid plan is different from your selected Creative Cloud bonus plan, it may make sense to delay redemption until the paid plan is up for renewal, because otherwise the plans will run in parallel and you may not get any benefit from the complimentary plan.  

You can redeem the code until January 10, 2026.
