Preset preview on hover not always working

Last couple of releases I've noticed that hovering over a preset in the dev module doesn't always show as a preview either on the main image or on the thumbnail. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes switching photos will bring it back but not always.

Anyone else seeing this?

If it helps anyone, moving the mouse over the main image and back onto the preset panel sometimes gives you the preview back again. Or sometimes not.

Often resetting LR's preferences fixes bad behavior with preset preview:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.
