Presets disappear after Update to 8.3

Hi,

yesterday, after the installation of Camera Raw, Photoshop and Lighroom Update my presets don't appear in the development view.

I can still see the list in the quick develop mode (top right) of the libary and use it.

I shows kind of an empty list in the development window without any function.

What happenend here?

Looking at your screenshot I notice a few things.

1. many panels are missing.

2. The panel under the Navigator panel states "Vorgaben" and when I use Google Translator that does not come back as "Presets", it returns to me "Requirements: and that makes no sense, perhaps wrong language being translated, Google thinks Germain. A few other alternatives bring up "Specifications", still makes no sense

Anyhow, below the Navigator panel should normally be four additional panels, Presets, Snapshots, History, Collections.

Recommend yo right clcik in the dark space below "Vorgaben and turn on the missing panels.

after unchecking almost all presets I found this group is causing the problem:

They have these "top" folders and also a regular folder. I can only check one of them.

Guess I'll have to get in contact with the magazine(DOCMA) guys, to check it out.

Hi there,

As the presets are lost after the recent Lightroom Classic update, could you please Click on the Lightroom's Preferencese > Presets and make sure Store Presets with Catalog is checked?

Let us know if it helps.
Regards,
Sahil

Sorry, this makes no difference. Also why should I use the option, since i use different catalogs?

What will happen, when I delete the index file in the settings folder?

Was there a change in the number off allowed presets?

Also when I try to run 8.2.1 it is not comming back.

‘Store presets with this catalog’ should have nothing to do with this. Can you show a screenshot of the presets panel?
