Presets greyed out and camera profiles missing

Hi, since upgrading to the latest LR Classic, my camera profiles have changed, no longer have camera faithful, which now means my custom presets are greyed out and cant be used. 

1. I have only started using camera profiles, was initially confused because it said there was one specifc profile for Canon R5 and R6 but all i could find was camera faithful, now its gone. 

2. The only profiles that are available are color and black and white.

Any ideas on where they have went or how i get them back? secondly am i being completely blind or was there never a specific camera profile for Canon R5/6?

Your 'Camera Faithful' profile should still be accessible through the Profile Browser tab in the Develop module. Try applying the preset and then pressing the profile name located below the histogram, and selecting 'browse'. This will open up the available profiles for your camera/preset and you can update your preset.

2. The only profiles that are available are color and black and white.

Then you are working with a non RAW file.
