Presets take a long time to update

My Lightroom from jan 2021 after the biggest update doesnt work at all. After lunching LRC pops the window with convertion of Lightroom presets to .XMP...... IT TAKES FOREVER!!!!! Recently on latest vs. 12.2.1 on M1 Chip Mac OS Monterey 12.6. Computer stacks here even I did not install my presets, Its clean install and I am waiting from 2021 to fix this or solve this problem.  Because of it I started to use CAPTURE ONE PRO, which never had any issue and have better image processor! I am still payin my subscribtion and I dont know why? CAN YOU FIX IT????

In your Apple > Preferences > Security and Privacy granted Full Disk Access to Lightroom Classic and other installed Adobe programs?

    Thanks for reply but I made this hundred times chequing this security acess by aplications everything has permitions to all disks. I dont know what to do thinking to fully move to Capture one or Afinity. This is no sence paying monthly subsribtion if there is no solution and many people has same problems. Adobe starting to be not compatible with Apple computers. The same happend when I moved from Premiere to FCPX, never looked back! The same sytuation happening now with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
