Presets wont show up even though it says already imported in Lightroom CC

Hello, I bought some presets, and they all showed up but two. I already have checked in preferences to show the visibility of incompatible presets. Not sure what to do 😞 it's the Vintage Sepia 1 & Vintage Sepia 1 Grain

I saw the preset that you have shared, and could see that it is referencing to a profile "Ilford Delta 100". Do you also have this profile imported in the machine?

If not, please try importing that and let me know.

Hello, I bought these presets from someone else & do not know what Ilford delta 100 is. Although when I look it up in my computer, it shows up under "ilford delta 100". Should I ask the person I bought the presets from for this file?

No, that has nothing to do with it. Without obtaining and importing the profile "Ilford Delta 100", which the preset reference, you won't be able to use them. Ask for your money back.
