Printing in Lightroom Classic CC on larger format

Am trying to print larger size sheets (13 x 19 inch).  My print size options are limited to letter size as a maximum.  Working with Windows 10.  Any examples for printing that I find say to go to page setup and properties to manually change or select larger paper sizes.  My properties page still only allows smaller print format and will not allow me to make any changes to increase the paper size.  Same screen and problem when I try other print setup options.  Tried to set up Photoshop instead for print and get the very same screen.  Am on the monthly plan with auto updates, so should be up to date on software.  Using an Epson P800 printer.  Any ideas on what to do?

I’m saying this paper size is a function of the print drive.

From Lightroom in print module choose page setup in lower left corner. It than opens a window titled page setup. From their click on paper size and choose custom or 13x19 if available.

At least on my Mac, using the P800, you can/should make a custom print size you desire:

All this is a function of the Epson print driver, not LR per se.

Are you saying I have to set up the print layout on my epson printer?
