Probleme unter macOS Big Sur

Ich hatte bereits beim Support Konakt aufgenommen, aber keine wirkliche Hilfe erfahren.

Seit dem Update auf MacOS Big Sure stürzt Lightroom (zu) oft ab. Auslöser ist chaotisch, mal beim Bearbeiten, dann beim Wechsel von bearbeiten zu Druck ... Im Modul Druck wird die das Bild blass und kraftlos dargestellt. DEUTLICH anders, als im Modul Entwickeln oder den anderen. Der Druck selbst ist dann ok. Aber diese farbliche Fehldarstellung finde ist sehr störend. Hatte alle Adobe Produkte neu installiert (Photoshop hat Probleme mit den PlugIns - aber das kann eben Ursachen bei den Drittanbietern haben) und trotzdem ist das Problem nicht behoben. Sehr nervig!

    Does anyone know if the problems with photos losing colour, white balance, and contrast when zoomed into in the Library and Print modules, is now solved with the latest update of LrC (10.2) under macOS Big Sur? I cannot test it because I've rolled back to macOS Catalina where the problem never existed and also doesn't exist with the current LrC 10.2.

    No, the problem is still there. Zooming in the Library - is ok now
    But in the print modus the problem is still there, if you activate the mark „Ausfüllen“.
    I use the German version so I don’t know the Menüname in English.
    Adobe has nor Big Sur to test it?????
    Apple has already the Update 11.2.3!
    If you sell a professional Program, you should have the newest Software to crate a Software.

    I agree. This serious problem is now four months old and still no solution. Not professional.

     

    Don't worry about your English mixed with German. I understand it well. The function in the Print module is called "Zoom to fill" in English. 

     

    Have you checked by printing with this option on? Is the print also showing the same faded colours and different white balance, or is it OK and shows the photo as it is in the Edit module?

    Tried to see if any of the postings, you mentioned what version of Lightroom Classic, you installed.

     

    I will assume v10.1

     

    Many MACOS users with various MACOS versions, not just Big Sur, are having major problems.

    Oh, and apparently, the new v10.1.1 does not help

    Many MACOS users have found that they need to roll back to v10.0

     

    P.S. none of us on this community site work for Adobe, we have no idea when Adobe will fix this.

    Ich hatte permanente Abstürze meines iMac, sobald ich im Entwickeln-Modul arbeitete. Nach einer langen Kundendienstberatung kam am Ende die entscheidende Idee: Die Grafikbeschleunigung ausschalten im Menü Voreinstellungen von LrC. Seitdem läuft LrC wieder wie früher.

      Ich habe sehr starke Probleme mit Lightroom CC und Big Sur. Zwei Stunden mit dem Support haben nichts gebracht. Nun habe ich meinen MAC komplett neu aufgesetzt und das Problem besteht weiter. Lightroom startet, jedoch lässt sich der Button "Fotos hinzufügen" nicht aktivieren. Photoshop läuft.

      Ich hoffe, dass das Problem bald gelöst wird. Ansonsten muss ich mich leider von Adobe verabschieden. BigSur gibt es schon lange. Ich finde, dass ein Update schon längst verfügbar sein sollte.

      Nun ist wieder ein neues Update von Lightroom Classic installierbar. In der Hoffnung, dass man nun den Fehler:

      Modul Drucken - Faldche Darstellung der Farben auf dem Monitor - nur dann abzuschalten ist, wenn man das Häkchen bei"Ausfüllen" entfernt wird ...

      Ergebnis: Es hat sich nichts geändert. Offensichtlich interessiert es Adobe nicht, oder hält den Bug für nicht wichtig genug, ihn zu etfernen. Schade! So macht man keinen guten Eindruck!

        It is worse than that. That bug is not only present in the Print Module when "Zoom to Fill" is being used, but also in Loupe View in the Library Module! Zooming in on a photo shows a washed out or desaturated image... Another UNHAPPY LrC user!!!

        Ja ein Graus, ich habe ähnliche Probleme, LR ruckelt und es sind Fehler in der Graphik

        ... hatte heute einen Mitarbeiter von Adobe bei mir auf dem Rechner, Er versuchte das Problem (Bildschirmdarstellung im Druckmodul - farblos und falsch) zu beheben. Es stellte sich heraus, dass wohl erst ein Update dieses Problem beheben wird. Nach Installation einer älteren LR Version trat das Problem nämlich nicht auf. Man riet mir erst einmal mit der alten version zu arbeiten, bis ein Update dirses Problem in den Griff bekommt. Ich habe dennoch das neue LR wieder installiert, weil ich das Color-Grading nicht mehr missen möchte. Die Druckansicht nehme ich nur als Layout Hilfe. Das die furchtbaren Farben nerven zwar, aber den finalen Look gebe ich im Entwicklermodul. Scahun wir mal, wann ein Fix hrauskommt!?!?!

        Was du mal versuchen kannst ist den GPU-Support zu deaktivieren.

        Klicke in Lightroom auf den Menüpunkt "Voreinstellungen". Im angezeigten Dialogfenster gehst zu zum Tab "Leistung". dort deaktivierst du dann die Option "Grafikprozessor verwenden". Danach startest du Lightroom neu.

        Vielleicht hilft es weiter.

         

        Ich bin zwar kein Mac-User, aber in der Vergangenheit habe ich hier so einiges gelesen. Wenn Apple eine neue Version seines OS herausbringt gibt es fast immer Probleme mit Software von Drittherstellern. Ich würde ich immer mit dem Update eine Weile warten bis es für die Anwendungsprogramme die man nutzt entsprechende Patches gibt.

        Im Übrigen ist das bei Windows ähnlich.

        @3212624 - Danke, hatte ich auch probiert, half leider nicht. Der Mitarbeiter von Adobe geb mir eine Erklärung, die ich mir nicht gemerkt habe, weil sie lt Aussage nur über ein Update zu beheben ist. Das ist leider das prolem: Je leistungsstärker die Computer werden, um so vielfältiger können die Probleme sein.

        Hach, wie einfach war es doch zu Zeiten des Mac Plus mit ResEdit so manches Problem selber zu lösen 🙂

        Yup. Maybe you should of check to see if the programs you use are actually compatible with Big Sur before you sis the upgrade.
