New Here ,
Nov 25, 2023 Nov 25, 2023

I have a backup copy on an external drive from the old computer. When I download that copy on the new computer, it requires me to install Adobe desktop when doing so and install PS and when I open it it is an absolutely virgin version, that is, without my presets, actions, etc. from my previous computer. How can i solve this?. I only have the external drive with the backup copy, the old computer and I have already sent it to recycle.

Thank you very much for your help."
